Hey Reader, I’m going to be painfully honest with you… I’ve been in a slump lately. Mentally and emotionally, it’s been two weeks of just wanting to lay in bed and read books all day long. Each day is a struggle to complete even half of my to-do list… I’m not naive enough to believe that I’m special - I know as entrepreneurs, slumps are part of the package; they are part of what we sign up for when we say yes to this life. And I don’t know a single entrepreneur who is immune to the challenges that come with this life. Even though we know it’s a hard road before we start, very few people realize exactly how difficult it can get. How exhausting it is at times, and how more often than not, you need to be your own cheerleader because there isn’t always going to be someone else telling you that you’re doing great things! Those of us built for this life press forward because even at its most difficult, it still beats the hell out of working in a 9-5 job for a boss who pushes us down every time we start to rise. Slumps suck. Challenges suck. Financial dips suck. Losing clients sucks. Feeling like a failure sucks. Exhaustion sucks. Believing you’re not doing enough sucks. Beating yourself up day and night sucks. Going through The Hard sucks. But the only way to get through The Hard is to keep going. Even if it’s just one tiny step each day. Even if it feels like everyone else is miles ahead of you. Even if you’re afraid to look at your bank account because you just don’t want to know how bad the situation is. I’ve worked with clients in every phase of business, from pre-launch all the way to preparing to exit, so I know a thing or two about this life. I know the highs and lows, I know how hard we push ourselves, I know how much we thrive on the wins and learn from the losses. I’ve been working with entrepreneurs and small business owners for 20 years. Which means I’ve seen a lot, and I’ve heard even more. I know what desperation sounds like in the quiver of a voice, the pause before a question, or the doubt in an answer. I know what it sounds like when someone is ready to give up on themselves. And I know what it means to have someone fighting for you. I also know what it sounds like when someone has stopped being curious. When they’ve stopped looking for the answers themselves and started to rely on someone else for every answer. And to those people, I usually want to ask, “Have you heard of Google?”, because far too often, people start to doubt themselves so much that they become dependent on someone else for the answers. They are attached to their coach or mentor. They are dependent on a consultant to keep their business running. That’s part of the reason I created No Strings Attached as a service. I want entrepreneurs to know that there is another way to get things done. You don’t need to give away your firstborn and sign over never-ending access to your corporate AmEx to work with an expert resource. And you don't have to make a lifetime commitment. You can have a "hit it and quit it" relationship with me. Okay, that sounded really dirty - but I'm going with it. There is another way. No Strings Attached is basically a one-night stand for your business, minus the awkward walk of shame in the morning. No strings, no rings, just business things. Here’s how it works:
Here’s an idea of the types of services clients ask for when purchasing No Strings Attached:
Happy Endings from Maverick Mentors Clients:
Scott: "Julie's knack for simplification has turned what felt like a business maze into a clear path forward. Her guidance is invaluable."
Vanessa P: "Julie's magic touch on my website not only made it visually stunning but infinitely more navigable. Now, my customers find joy in giving me their money!" Maybe today isn’t the day you need extra support. Maybe you’re still trying to figure things out on your own (Google… it works, despite its overly liberal views). Maybe you’re ready to say “I need help”... if that’s you - check out No Strings Attached.
xoxo, Julie Founder of Maverick Mentor, Fan of No Strings Attached PS. Remember, the journey out of The Hard often starts with just one small, bold step. Could "No Strings Attached" be the game-changer you've been waiting for? Take a peek HERE and see if it's the spark your business needs. |
